What is published and what is not

Three things about any casino are a matter of record: the game's RTP, published by the studio; the rail's limits, published by the payment network; and the operator's licence, published by PAGCOR. All three can be checked for free, in minutes, without trusting a review.

An operator's conduct is not on that list. It is unaudited from outside, it changes, and a brand name can sit on several unrelated lobbies at once. So the only rating that means anything is the one you produce with your own small withdrawal.

Check the licence row

1. Take the operating company's legal name from the terms page and the domain exactly as your browser shows it.
2. Type PAGCOR's address yourself and open the published list of licensees; never use a link the casino supplied.
3. Match the name, then confirm the domain belongs to that listing.
4. A near match is a fail. That resemblance is engineered.
5. Unclear listings go to PAGCOR through its own channels, not to the casino's support desk.

Check the domain row

• Arrive by typing the address or from a bookmark you made, never from an advert or a forwarded link.
• Read the domain character by character for hyphens, doubled letters, a 1 for an l, a 0 for an o.

Claims that fail against published numbers

Produce the missing row yourself

One clean round trip is weak evidence in isolation, but a failed one is decisive, and the cost of finding out is trivial.

If the payout does not move
